[Los Angeles, CA | May 31, 2024] Today, chart-dominating rock band Bad Omens release their highly-anticipated radical new project, CONCRETE JUNGLE [THE OST], via Sumerian Records. The 26 tracks are an ambitious exploration of the band’s varied musical influences and take listeners on an expansive sonic journey.
Described as an experimental expansion of the band’s acclaimed album ‘THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND,’the new project not only contains original solo tracks, but incorporates carefully-crafted interludes, re-imagined versions of beloved tracks such as “ARTIFICIAL SUICIDE,” and six live-recorded songs. Moreso, the CONCRETE JUNGLE [THE OST] sees Bad Omens stepping into their most collaborative endeavor, including on the captivating focus track “ANYTHING > HUMAN” with ERRA. With additional tracks boasting features from Bob Vylan, WARGASM (UK), and more, the album proves itself to be another sonically compelling, dynamic release from the band as they continue to push boundaries and redefine rock. Bad Omens first gave fans a taste of what to expect from the album with their Poppy collaboration “V.A.N”, which currently sits at #15 the Mediabase Active Rock chart and has racked up over 16 million streams to date. Last month, they treated listeners to two more singles: industrial track “THE DRAIN” featuring HEALTH and SWARM, and “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND [SO WYLIE PATCH],” a mesmerizing new take on the beloved hit by producer So Wylie. These three tracks, along with the project as a whole, also serve as the enthralling accompanying soundtrack to Bad Omens’ ‘Concrete Jungle’ comic book universe. While treating fans to the new releases, the band continued to see success with “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND” breaking the top 10 on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay. Furthermore, “Just Pretend” not only reached the #2 slot on the Hot Hard Rock Songs charts, and is now RIAA Platinum-certified in the United States.

Last month, Bad Omens concluded a series of rescheduled CONCRETE FOREVERdates with support from Invent Animate and I See Stars, as well as festival sets at Sick New World, Welcome to Rockville, and Point Fest.
