Friday, July 18, 2025 – The four-piece all-girl rock band HANABIE. have just released their new track “Karu Garu Everyday!!”. This track is the theme song to TV anime “Araiguma Calcal-dan” that is filled with adorable and wacky characters. The track has HANABIE.’s signature hardcore sound with Yukina’s catchy and cute vocals with sharp shouts, creating a chaotic fusion of cuteness & coolness together with intense & relaxing vibes. It was my first time creating a full-length track starting from a 29-second version, but I am really happy about how it turned out. “We created a highly catchy and addictive song that’s easy to get stuck in your head and will keep on looping! The “Fure Fure (Go Go)” chant at the beginning is sure to get you hooked! When we extended the track from the 29-second anime version to the full-length release, we added the final chorus. This addition turned out to become really grand together with the bass! “As the theme song for the TV anime “Araiguma Calcal-dan”, I aimed to capture the unique, laid-back, and comedic gang of characters who have world domination as their goal. With the drums, I tried to incorporate cute and slightly pop elements with a cool grandiosity! The point I focused on the most is the final section where I play the snare drum with a reverb-like effect!”
