Today, the Austin, Texas based blackened speed metal unit SADISTIC FORCE are excited to announce the release of their new EP, ‘Morbid Odyssey,’ due out on August 22nd. To celebrate the announcement, the band has released the first track from the upcoming EP titled “Soft Flesh for the Dungeon of the Damned.” The new single is accompanied by a music video premiering on Metal Injection, available to view below.
On the new single, SADISTIC FORCE comments:
“Starting out with a cascading tom roll by our drummer JP, this track takes the listener on a sonic journey deep into the dark depths of a torture dungeon. Recalling the sound of classic European thrash, the listener is pummeled and whipped by this razor sharp aural attack.”

‘Morbid Odyssey’ is SADISTIC FORCE‘s most refined and punishing work yet. Mixed and mastered by Noah Buchanan (Nunslaughter, Midnight) at Mercenary Studios, the five-track EP showcases SADISTIC FORCE at their most ferocious and focused. Featuring blistering guest solos from Matteo Von Bewitcher (Bewitcher), Tony Rot, and Mark Pursino (Electrocutioner), the EP stands as a testament to their deep roots in traditional heavy metal, thrash, and extreme metal brutality.
Thematically, ‘Morbid Odyssey’ plunges into psychedelic necromancy, artistic serial killers, satanic vengeance, and BDSM-driven nightmares, all set to a backdrop of unrelenting speed and power. From the eerie, drug-fueled visions of the title track to the witch-trial revenge fantasy of “Abnormal Cruelties,” the EP burns with dark, cinematic storytelling and a razor-sharp edge.

Formed in late 2020, SADISTIC FORCE began as Oliver‘s vision of unfiltered, high-energy heavy metal-built on speed, attitude, and a horror-infused aesthetic. What started as a solo project quickly evolved into a full-throttle force of nature, as rock’n’roll bassist Mike Gupta and extreme metal powerhouse drummer JP Campo completed the lineup. The result?
