Indigenous Black Metal project Blackbraid has now launched the pre-sales for its highly-anticipated sophomore full-length, ‘Blackbraid II,’ via Bandcamp or The Official Blackbraid Merch Store.! The album will be available on CD as a 6-panel digi-sleeve, cassette, and two vinyl variants – a marbled emerald green “Moss” edition and golden/earth marbled “Spirit” edition.
‘Blackbraid II’ is due on July 7, 2023. The first two singles, “Moss Covered Bones on the Altar of the Moon” and “The Spirit Returns,” are now available on all streaming services!

Upon conquering North America on the recent Decibel Magazine Tour in which the band performed to many sold out audiences, Blackbraid has just returned from its European debut, performing to tens of thousands of fans at Hellfest Open Air and Copenhell! Next, Blackbraid will headline the Kaupangr stage at this year’s edition of the mighty Midgardsblot Festival in the Viking Gravemounds at Norway’s iconic Borre Park from August 16-19.

ICYMI: BLACKBRAID recently unveiled a pummeling live video for the song “Barefoot Ghost Dance on Blood Soaked Soil!” The clip was filmed during Blackbraid’s sold out performance at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn, NY in conjunction with “A Sortilege of Hell” festival, which took place on October 7th, 2022!
